Microphone permission
Mimic Party requests microphone access only after you choose to start a voice round. Your browser and operating system control that permission. You can deny or revoke it at any time through the browser's site settings.
Voice recording and scoring
The current take is held in browser memory so it can be played back and analyzed locally. Raw microphone audio is not uploaded to our servers, attached to an account or published. The temporary recording and decoded audio buffers are released when the session ends, an error clears the round or the page closes.
Local device data
The game may store settings, unlocked local progress and score summaries in browser storage on your device. These values are not a voiceprint and do not contain the raw recording. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and basic interaction patterns, such as which sound-pack pages are opened. The measurement ID is G-V3WDD1YP7Z. Analytics does not receive raw microphone audio, voice recordings or scorer buffers. Google may process device, browser, referrer and approximate location signals under its privacy policy. You can block analytics with browser privacy controls or an extension.
